1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Paintball 2 Go ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website located at paintball2go.com and any related mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Paintball 2 Go. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Use of Services

Our Services are intended for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations. Specifically, you agree not to:

Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any systems or networks connected to the Services.
Use any automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Services without our express written permission.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Transmit any advertising, promotional materials, or spam without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public.

3. Booking Policy

All bookings made through our Services are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not considered confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Paintball 2 Go via email.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including the number of participants, age ranges, event location, and any special requirements. Paintball 2 Go reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking that contains inaccurate or fraudulent information.

All participants, or their legal guardians if under the age of 18, must sign a liability waiver before participating in any activity. Failure to complete the required waiver may result in the exclusion of a participant from the activity without a refund.

Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Cancellation Policy before making a booking.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for Services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be clearly stated during the booking process. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event, unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

If payment is not received by the due date, Paintball 2 Go reserves the right to cancel the booking and forfeit any deposit paid. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from a cancelled booking due to non-payment.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Paintball 2 Go is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or financial institution.

5. Limitation of Liability

Participation in paintball, gellyball, archery tag, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By booking and participating in our activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of yourself and any participants in your group.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paintball 2 Go, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

In no event shall Paintball 2 Go's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed the total amount paid by you to Paintball 2 Go during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability. In such jurisdictions, Paintball 2 Go's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, sending an email notification to registered users, or posting a prominent notice on our website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
